Based on this analysis, I design a solution architecture: which workflows to automate first, what database structure you need, how systems will integrate, and what monitoring is required. We discuss pricing models—per automation, per workflow complexity, or monthly retainer for ongoing optimization.

I then set up secure access for both of us. You receive credentials to the client monitoring dashboard where you will track every automation execution, database operation, and system health metric. I walk you through reading execution logs, understanding error alerts, and requesting workflow adjustments.

This is where your systems come to life. I build automation workflows in n8n or custom platforms, configure your databases with proper indexing and relationships, set up API connections with error handling and retry logic, and establish monitoring and alerting systems.

Through your dashboard, you watch in real-time as workflows are tested, databases are populated, and integrations come online. You see execution logs, data migration progress, API response times, and any issues that need attention. We schedule regular check-ins to review automation performance and database queries.
